Demographic information may be used for statistical analysis, but contact information will not be used in this analysis. The name of your organization or company is not used without express written permission.

Practitioners and Employer information is password-protected to prevent unauthorized access to it. This password is encrypted. We recommend that you do not divulge your password to anyone.

Communications Security

The hcrc.net Web site has built-in security measures to protect the loss, misuse, and/or alteration of the information under our control. Fault tolerance is addressed via redundant servers, WAN links, switches, firewalls, load-balancing equipment and power supplies. Our server protects sensitive data such as passwords and User information with encryption and firewall technology so that your information cannot be read as it travels to our system.

Forms Provided and Payment

The Web portal provides access to online forms with spaces for the participant to provide information and profile. The Alliance member is required to pay for the services they use and may pay by debit to their account, or direct payment.

Access to Information

The Practitioners Profiles and Clinic, Hospital or Health Care facility Positions Openings provided by participants are accessible only to HealthCare Resource Center. Job Postings that are created by an Employer are proprietary and are the sole property of the Employer. Job Profiles are the primary instrument used to find Practitioners Medical Placement matches. Information created by an Employer cannot be edited, except by the registered User. Confidentiality of the Password used for access is essential.

Digital Data Base is the primary document that is used to identify Placement opportunities between practitioners and employers. Job Profiles are proprietary to the Employer. Healthcare participants can elect the method of contact by interested Employers.

The information provided by an Employer is not shared with outside parties except in relation to job openings. E-mail addresses provided by an Employer are used as the principal method of contact and communication with Users and the Website but are not shared with outside parties except in connection with job availability.

Editing Procedures

The Employer will provide and maintain all of the information that is recorded in the database. If data requires editing it is the responsibility of the Employer to make the corrections and the Employer is solely responsible for the content provided. Confidentiality and protection of all Employer Names and Passwords are keys to protection of privacy. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections. You have the right to access and correct your information and privacy preferences.
